Weekly Skin Care Routine
Step 1: Cleansing/Scrubbing
In this step, we have two steps one is Cleansing using a face wash and the second one is the exfoliator. Use a gentle exfoliator at least twice a week. The exfoliator will scrub off dead skin cells relieving new radiant skin underneath. Exfoliation is important as a build-up of dead cells causes clogged pores, uneven skin tone and deeper wrinkles.
Step 2: Face Pack/Sheet Mask
Nourish your skin with a soothing sheet mask/face pack to improve tone and encourage collagen production. Pick a day each week to unwind for the 10 to 15 minutes it takes for the mask to work its magic.
Step 3: Removal of Blackheads/Whiteheads
Blackheads are formed when dead skin cells and sebum collect in openings of pores. It is recommended using a ‘blackhead mask’ over the entire face.
Step 4: Toning
The right toner can also help the rest of your skin care products work more efficiently.
Step 5: Face Serum
Skin serum works best during the night. Apply the skin serum at least ten minutes before you sleep. This will allow the serum to get fully absorbed into the skin for best results. For deeper hydration, you may want to layer it with a night cream.
Step 6: Moisturizing
Use a moisturizer daily. It balances your skin’s moisture and hydration levels so that it feels plump, healthy and smooth.
Step 7: Sunscreen
A sunscreen will protect skin from environmental stressors, pollution and sunlight.
Step 8: Under Eye Cream
Under-eye bags are a common cosmetic condition where dark circles form just below your lower eyelids. Using an eye cream can keep your skin looking youthful and healthy for a long time.
Step 9: Manicure/Pedicure
Every week, treat your hands to a manicure. Soothe dry skin with an exfoliating hand scrub and extra moisture. It will keep your hands and nails looking young and feeling great. Soothe cracked heels and soften hard skin with a pedicure
